Tasting Note

Opens with sea air, gentle smoke, manuka honey and a hint of dried seaweed. Initially shows a maritime character, leading to sugary shortbread, dried oak and gristy cereals. A distinctly spicy finish bringing puffs of smoke, Madagascan vanilla and cinnamon pancakes.
