We hope you enjoy your bottle, but sometimes what you get is not exactly what you want. If you are unhappy with your bottle, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to inform us if you want to return your item. The product must not be opened, and must be in the same condition it was received in. Refunds can only be issued when our team have inspected returned goods and have confirmed they are correct.
