About this bottle

Very complex with abundant fruit (lime, grapefruit, passion fruit and melon), green grass and an underlying minerality that adds personality. Crisp, medium-bodied with a clean, long lingering finish. Great aromatic intensity, good balance of acidity and hints of minerals.
A perfect match for all kinds of shellfish and pasta dishes. Ideal as an aperitif.
