Tasting Note

Aromas of Kaffir lime, and piney juniper with a hint of star anise. Reminiscent of a sherbet fountain - lime, fizzy citrus and a liquorice stick and when tonic is added, the whole experience gives a fizzy citrus mouthfeel.
